• FAILURE TO PAY YOUR ORDERS ON TIME = MUST PAY PENALTY OF 50PHP FOR EACH DAY LATE.
• FAILURE TO PAY YOUR ORDERS = CANCELLED & WILL BE POSTED AS BOGUS BUYER.
• IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDERS AND YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE POSTED AS BOGUS PAY HALF OF YOUR ORDER PRICE FOR THE CANCELLATION FEE
• Payments done are non-refundable unless the product is out of stock.
• All in price includes the international shipping fee, warehouse fees, and processing for import permits. We will do refund only if the item is sold out or not available anymore.
• If the item is sold out, you have a option to wait for restocking or wait for a refund.
• If you choose for a refund, Please do understand that your item has been ordered and paid to our supplier already, so we need to wait for refund process.
• Delays made by the international/local courier or supplier are not our faults so please be patience when ordering online.
• The outer case/box is just for protecting goods. (minor scratches or dents on the case can not be the reason for exchanging or returning. Once we received the items we will check and inform the buyers incase there have severe damage we will make sure to properly pack your items before we pass it to courier.
• Please take unboxing video from the actual condition of the parcel until you open the pouch/bubblewrap, this serves as proof from both seller and buyer incase there have incorrect/missing in your order, take note that if the product is sealed and there have damage inside we will not liable for this as this may result to manufacture problem in Korea.
• The customers agrees that his/her order can stay in our ph address for a maximum period of 30 days, except if you have other orders and you want to request combine shipment. In case of violation will charge the customer an additional 50.00 php per day of extension, if the order is still unclaimed for a period of 60 days and the customer is unresponsive NINIKSHOP has the right to cancel the order and sell it to other fan.
